Your pivot shoes resemble the 17/32" thick 15-199, which are used with either the (1/2") Series 160 or (3/8") Series 165 depending on the width of your original coil springs. The #5.0 stamp indicates that you would need 5-pound strength options if they all have the same stamp. Take a look and thanks for posting!
