Thanks for reaching out! Your pivot shoe looks like it could be our 15-177. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to determine if these are the right fit.

This pivot shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Springs. To determine which one you'll need, check the coil springs for any stamps or markings.
The other compatible parts you may need are the coil bushing part 15-143, coil bushing cap part 15-144, and coil barrel support part 15-145.
