No markings

A home owner from Connecticut says:

Need two end caps. Don't understand some assemblies have rubber washers and some don't. Are they necessary if the spring clip is on the shaft? Don't know if you sell the individual parts for the shafts or just the shaft and all accompanying parts. Let me know.

Many of these details depend on the make and configuration of your bifold door. This post here goes into more detail about the information we need. If there is no brand label on the door, at least give us the diameter of the pins and the diameter of the caps. That should help us narrow things down.

Cap diameter seems to be around .375"

Those dimensions correspond with our 21-091. Take a look and see if you agree. Corresponding hardware often used alongside this pin included the 21-002, 21-150, 21-100 and 21-157. See if any of these parts match what you need.
