No markings on my pivot

We carry a bunch of pivot bars that are close to this, but none are exactly the same. I still think you can get one of ours to work but it will depend on how well one particular dimension compares; specifically, the distance between the center of the front hole to the front tip of the pivot bar.

Take a look at our 26-378 first. In terms of design, this is the closest to yours that we have in our inventory. The noted measurement is displayed as 1-3/16". Does this match yours? If not, please let me know what that measurement is (as precisely as you are able) and we can try to find a better match.
