Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with this roller. Please allow me to consult one of our senior experts. I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but we will reach out as soon as we have more information.

My most serious problem is with wear of the inner bracket. On some of the other assemblies the problem is more pronounced, but it is wear due to locked up wheels in a specific location. I am unable to adjust the wheels properly.

So, if I could just find an inner bracket to replace what I have, I think it would work.

Thank you,

Dave

Your housing with that bottom notch looks familiar, but I could not find it through any of our suppliers. Yours looks similar to the 81-041, but I'm not sure it will work for you without the bottom notch. With that said, take a look at the 81-023 and the 81-279 type rollers that are held in place with a flat head countersink screw in the bottom rail of the door. You will need to remove the rail off the bottom of the patio door to drill a countersink hole to accept the 33-103 screw to secure the roller in place. I can't promise these parts will work for you even with adaptation but take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
