No markings on windows. Channel is marked as BNI 32B

A home owner from Richmond, VA says:
T-Lock pics are my hardware. Pic From Web is the closest thing I can find to mine online, but cannot determine a supplier, part number or any info. Can you tell me what I need or something close that should work? I need to replace the shoes on 6 windows. Thanks!

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Your old shoe has a grooved stem, that allows it to interface with a groove in your old channel balances. Unfortunately, our T-Lock Shoes and Channel Balances do not feature this interface, so you will need to not only replace your old shoe, but your old balance as well. See our S795-32. You show two different shoes, the 15-195 Closed Cam Shoe and the 15-195B Open Cam Shoe. The 15-195 comes installed with the Series 795, but you can buy the 15-195B separately and swap it out.
