No name brand windows

Question

These balancers were removed from my customers windows and we haven't been able to find any type of replacements. It appears the plastic grey tube should be anchored in the two white plastic ends, with the spring near full tension. And the nylon lines anchored near the top of the window casement.
I've never seen this type of system before and would like to find some system I could use to get her windows operating properly. Other than this, these windows are in perfect condition.

We appreciate you reaching out! The balances you have here are an outdated Crossbow balance. To replace them, you can likely be use our Series 795 Channel Balance. Take a look at our video tutorial "How to Convert a Crossbow Balance to a Channel Balance" as a reference for completing this repair..

You'll need to find an undamaged balance to confirm the correct length for the balances. If you do not have an undamaged balance, I'll need to know the measurement for the height of the visible glass pane, only the glass you can see.
