Thanks for your post! The window operator has a w-shaped gear arm like the 39-188 Sash Dyad Crank, the link arm is attached to a bracket like the 39-514 Stud Bracket. To confirm that these are the correct replacements, carefully look over the dimensions below.

The opposite versions of the operator and bracket can be found tagged below. They are both compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle.

The part installed below the operator is the casement window hinge. Yours appears to be a four bar hinge like either the 36-021 or the 36-021HD. To determine which of these is the correct replacement match, take a look over the specifications.

They can each be used to replace the top and bottom hinges for right and left handed applications.
