No track to reference for PGT window

Hey,

I have been on the hunt for a local PGT supplier but it has been a crapshoot. Would you please help me get the correct parts for this window. I'm guessing it needs top sash guides and balances for starters.

The top sash guide for your PGT window looks like our 18-015. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

As for the balance, is there no original? It will be hard to say with any certainty what you need without an old one to use as a reference. Check to see if you have an identical window in the house that has the same hardware.

Otherwise, our Series 395 has been known to work for this kind of window. Look it over and see what you think. We'll need the height of the visible glass and the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce if possible. That will allow us to calculate the proper size and strength.
