I have 14 windows of various sizes and weights that need to have channel balances replaced. I am struggling to identify the top and bottom shoes.
The attached photos show the dimensions I measured for each, let me know if you need more information.

Thanks for posting! Your top attachment looks like our 19-005, while the bottom attachment looks like it's broken. It could have once been either our 15-005 or 15-004, but I can't be sure which one. The 15-005 has a depth of 1" while the 15-004 has a depth of 1-3/32". You might want to get an undamaged balance to confirm which would be better.
If you have the 15-005, I recommend our S380-29. If you have the 15-004, I recommend our S385-29.
You list your depth as 3/4", but the smallest we can provide is the 15-005 at 1". If worse comes to worst, you could go with our S380-29 and see if that works as-is. If it's too deep, you can always shave a bit off the top so it's 3/4".
