Non Tilt Channel Balance

A home owner from Key West says:
Good Evening, I am looking for a 29" (metal channel) channel balance. I believe it is a 385 or 380. But from your description I am unable to verify the 1-3/32 vs the 1-inch. I don't see which direction to measure. Can you help?
Thanks,
Lise

Hello,

I agree that you need either the S380-29 or S385-29 with a 2840 strength option. You'll need to measure as shown below to choose between the two. Thank you!
