Saw another customer's post with this/my same model # on his channel. Wasn't sure if our the ends were the same and if what you recommended for him (S385-28) would also work for me. Could you please look at my ends and suggest which of your replacement channel balances will work for me. Mine is also 28" stamped 27-5 LX CMC 11.

Hello, Based on the images you may have either the Series 385 or the Series 380.The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balances lies in the shoe. The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated.
If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be able to determine which one you need.

Hi Mike, that was very helpful thank you. My shoe is the 15-005 which is the series 380. Awesome. What about the other end. Is that also considered a shoe? Do I need to get measurements for that one? That end is depicted in the photos
Your top nylon fitting looks like our 19-005, which comes with both the Series 380 and Series 385. As long as your shoe is 1" then I'm confident the Series 380 will work for you.
