Hi Team! I just bought a condo with PGT windows that are roughly 20 years old. The spiral balances have corroded at the bottom on all the windows so I'm unable to identify what the bottom piece was originally. I did pull one out. It is 3/8 with on its side and 31" inches long, but I am not sure which connector it's supposed to be .. I would need 6 of them. Thank you!!!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We believe you have PGT-SH700 window that uses 5/8" non-tilt balance Series 500. You will need S500-31, and it looks like the bottom nylon bearing on the balance is black for a window sash weighing between 31-40 lbs. For the bracket, customers have used the 17-094 that hooks on the bottom sash, and we recommend getting the 75-005 charging tool to make installation easier. Review the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
