I have a non-tilt window the spiral balance needs to be replaced. I watched the video on swisco.com, but I couldn't find the bracket at the sash bottom. Can you please take a look at the pictures and suggest what would be the solution? Thanks!

Thank you for posting! I think your bracket may be attached to the side of the sash, not underneath. You may not need to replace the bracket, but rather the balance.

Thank you for the answer.
As the original balance was damaged, I'm not able to tell how exactly it looks like. By looking at the pictures, do you think your S500-30 would be the right one? Also I guess I need a charging tool 75-005 to reach the spiral rod, as I cann't even reach the rod using my finger.

I couldn't confirm what Series you have without knowing the diameter of the balance tube. The 75-005 tool would be very helpful, because your balance might just need to be charged up. It wouldn't be a bad idea to try that before replacing anything.
