Hi I need two of these for a sliding glass window 46 1/2 x 46 1/2 inches. The number on the balances is 21403. Please email me if you need more info. I'm a DIYer so I only have youtube and some home repair experience.
I have other windows I want to attempt to fix if I'm successful with this one.

I'd suggest taking a look at the S350 channel balance. Review the specifications below to confirm it's a match. The metal channel should measure 22" without the end fittings. If so, see the S350-22 with 2140 strength options. Thanks for posting!

If the balance isn't staying in place below the sash, I'd suggest checking the top sash guides on the top corners of the sash. If one is broken, the balance will shoot to the top of the window. If that is the case, we'll need to see photos of an intact guide uninstalled to compare to our inventory.
