Non tilt window Viking balance

Hello,
Please let me know which balance from your catalog would be ok to use for replacement Viking 21? vertical non tilt
It looks like 1/2? channel and the only inscription I could read was 2020 FK

This is S395-21 with a 2020 stamp option! It should work great.

And one more question please, does the balance come with the plastic shoes and clips or do I have to add those when I order it ?

The plastic attachments are included, and the balance will arrive assembled. 16-002 clips are sometimes needed, but if you have old ones in good shape, you can re-use them.
