Based on your photos, you have either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.

It appears that it is a S380. The bottom fitting measures .933

Great! I agree, this was probably once the Series 380 but the bottom shoe wore down a little from time and use. That's pretty common.
