Non tilt window balance

Question

I'm not sure what kind of window balance im lookong for. Its 29inch length and 1/2 inch width and a mark that said 28C

Thanks for posting. I believe our S380-29 channel balance can work for you. Just make sure the size of the nylon fittings are the same as yours. As for the option, "28C" usually corresponds to our 2830 option, but you can always weigh your sash to confirm.
