Non tilt window balance replacement

Stamped 17 3 EV CMC 2, 18" metal only. Both plastic ends are broken and one pulls end. Left side of window has a pull out clip on it the other does not. I need new parts and a bit of guidance to put it back in. ?

Hello there. I am sure we can help. But first, can you show me further pictures of the 'guts' or underside of the metal channel? Some balances from the west coast have a special design we must account for. We'll do our best to help from there.

Perfect, thanks. I believe this is either an S380-18 or S385-18. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See the diagram below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 1730.
