Non tilt window channel balance

Question

Hello, my apartment has non-tilt Windows. The channel balances are 28 in Long and the ends are winged. My window is 15 to 17 lb. I have a plain Channel. I ordered for my condo in the past. It was very helpful. The current channels do not have stamps on them. I'm wondering which version I should order. Thank you!

Hello there. See the S380-28 or S385-28 Channel Balance. Depending on the shoe depth, one of these should be what you need. See below. For a stamp option for a sash that weighs 15 through 17 pounds, you could go with 1740 (14 through 17 pounds), but I highly advise getting as exact a weight measurement as possible before proceeding.
