Non-tilt window spring balance

Question

I am not sure if I should be ordering the 380 or 385 series.  The length is 28" and width is 1/2".  The stamp is 27 C.

Hello there. It looks like you have either an S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. In either case, for a stamp option choose 2730.
