Non-tilting window channel balances

A quick learner from San Juan Capistrano, Ca says:

I need 2 different lengths and weight tolerances. The first ones are1/2 in wide and 34 inches long with wings and have 33 3 CO Caldwell printed on the side. The second ones are the same width with wings and are 28 inches by 1/2 inches and have 27 4 FP Caldwell printed on them. I tried but can't figure out exactly which ones I need since some are very close. I sent pics of the ends so maybe that will help. I also sent a pic of a nylon thing on the top side of a window that is broken. Also a lock. It is white and is 2 and 1/2 inches long

And one inch deep and about 1/2 inch high. I need to redo 8 windows. Thanks Stella

Hey Stella. This looks like either an S380-34 or S385-34. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 3330. For your Top Sash Guide, see if the 18-171 matches what you need.

Thanks Bob. Just one question. Which part number do I need for the balances that say 27-4 hp and are 28 inches long? Thanks

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Apologies for missing that. If they have the same nylon fittings as the 34" balances, then either the S380-28 or S385-28 will do, again depending on that bottom shoe depth. A stamp option of 2740 will be needed.
