Thanks for posting. At first glance, this handle set looks similar to our 82-030. It likely has 3-15/16" hole spacing, and has a similar design. However, the 82-030 works with mortise locks in the door like the 82-218 or 82-265. Your handle set clearly used some sort of smaller latch mechanism instead, to connect with a keeper similar in design to the 89-007. Without seeing the original latch in the door it's very difficult to say what might work for you. I have a feeling it was similar to the 82-003 Handle Set setup, which comes with a small latch that fits in the door. But without seeing the original component I cannot guarantee this would work for you. The other option would be to switch to a 'surface mount' handle set like the 82-261. This handle set has the latch built into the inside pull, so you'd just need to ensure there's room on the door frame to fit a new keeper. Review all these parts and let me know what you think.
