Hello, My home window's coil balance was broken (picture 2 & 3) on one side and another side's coil balance is normal (picture 1). However, I can not find the same parts from internet search. Would you please advice and help me to find the same coil balance and cover support.
My window is Norandex window. Window stick also shows Simonton windows, please find the attached photo here. Thanks.
