Thanks for reaching out! Your casement window crank reminds me of the 39-027E Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator. The opposite handed version is part 39-028E. These are compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle and the 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle.
If you are looking to replace the track, I suggest using the 39-533 11-3/8" Casement Operator Track.
