Norco window operator

Question

The bushing keeps popping out of the track. If there is a bushing replacement I'll take it but I think I need the arm at a minimum.

The bushing is unfortunately not something you can replace by itself. If that broke, you will need an all new operator.

It's very difficult to identify what you have based on these photos but our 39-027E might be a contender. Look it over and see what you think. If not, or if you aren't sure, then I need to see the entire assembly out of the window to get a better look at it.
