This appears to be in 3 pc, the COIL only shows a 5 and what looks like a worn off B or 1/2...the PLASTIC PART, I am not sure about and the SHOE, it is 1-7/16 long x 1-1/4 wide x 1/2 thick - any help is appreciated

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177 shown below.

This shoe is used with the Series 152 coil springs and the related items listed on our product pages. I would recommend removing your coil balance from the window to compare to these parts and locate the stamped numbers on the coils to choose the corresponding strength options. How about the plastic cover, it is 2 parts, the coil support bushing and the square plastic part it fits on. Do you have a part number for that or would the round part number >>> 15-143 work in place of it?

The S152 coil springs that you would need are used with the 15-143 bushing. 15-144 cap and 15-145 barrel to support them in the channel. These parts would serve the same purpose as your original cover.
