Norton window hardware replacement

Question

Looking for replacement hardware for two (left opening and right opening) Norco window crank openers. Not sure how old these windows are. The hardware is marked "Truth Entrygard". Not sure these match your part # 39-031 and 39-032 as the shorter arm, stamped 20755, measures 3 7/8" and said part actually has a slight bend in its surface (see picture). I'm not able to remove these on my own but am having my handyman look to see if he could replace them. Any advice?

Thanks for contacting Swisco.com! You are correct, since the link arm on your operator is shorter the operators mentioned would not be the replacements you'd need. That said, take a look at the 39-155 and 39-156 Caradco Window Cranks. Carefully double check the dimensions to confirm that this is a better fit for your repairs.
