Not sure if you guys sell the part that attaches to the hung window.

Question

I know I need the plastic part but am unsure about the post that comes out of the side bottom of the hung window that fits into the plastic part. Also if you guys have a video on how to replace that. Please include. But I am sure if I know what it is called I can find a video online.

Please review the style of the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit! Also see the 15-186 balance clip and 15-182 bushing.

The original coil spring should have a number stamped into the metal that indicates the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the sash to move forward.

For the pivot bar, please start by reviewing the 26-040 style. Compare the dimensions below. To remove the rusted pivot bar you will need to soak it with WD 40. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
