Not sure what Balance and other hardware I need to fix windows.

Question

I have multiple windows that the balance hardware has separated from the window on one side of each window. Obviously the springs are now rusty. I took the hardware out in one window so I can get better images. Please let me know what I need to purchase to complete fixing. The nylon string is connected to the frame with a small metal clip.

I have at least 5 windows that are currently in the same shape. I have a feeling many more will need new hardware too.

This looks like a match for our S795-32 balance with the 32C spring strength option. The Series 795 comes with the 15-195 by default so you'll have to remove an undamaged T-lock shoe from the window to confirm if you have this. If you don't or if you're unsure, show us a picture of the T lock shoe removed from the window and we can work from there.

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.
