Not sure which balance i need

i am interested in replacing some broken window balances but i'm not sure which balance i need. The S765 appears to be similar. I am also not sure how it would be measured.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Is the diameter of the spring 1/2"? If it is, you can follow along with the video below to convert your windows to use the Series 795 channel balances.
