Not sure which balance to order

Question

Hi,

I have ordered window balances from you in the past for my house, but now I need them for my in-laws house and I cannot determine the correct one.

It is 1/2" wide.

This is a picture of the non-broken balance. The only marking I can find is:

28B USB

Hi there!

I recommend either our S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance as a replacement. The only difference between these two parts is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll need to measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. You will also need to select the 2820 spring strength option based on your 28B stamp.
