Novatech Discretion patio door handle set

Hi,
I am looking to replace the handle set of my patio door. I don't see any model number or name beside the Novatech Discretion which is the logo on the door. For dimension please see attached photos.

Hello there. Your handle set looks a little like the 82-030. Please compare. For the mortise lock refer to the 82-265. See if it matches up or differs in any way.
