Thanks for reaching out to us. Starting with the balance, it looks like the bottom shoe is wingless but please correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case, you'd want the S351-29 or S390-29 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You can also select the 2850 stamp option for the replacements. For a new take out clip, see the 16-002 which is sold separately.

We aren't able to ID the top sash guide from your last photo, however. Can you show us photos of it removed so that we can see the front and side?

We don't sell an identical match for the glazing but take a look at the 55-029. Review the specifications and see if you think they could work for you.

I agree, our Series 351 indeed is the closest match. Your shoe might have been 1-1/8" at one point but it could have worn down over time from use.
