NuAir Windows, Channel Block & Tackle Balance, Non-Tilt, d 2830

Hello, I have NuAir Non-Tilt Windows on which I need to replace the Channel Balances. Based on internet videos, I believe they are BSI 1/2 inch Channel Block and Tackle Balances, Non-Tilt. The numbers stamped on the Balances are d 2830. My photos are attached. Please determine the correct ones needed and let me know the price. I need Four (4). Thank you!

P.S. The Channel Balance measures 29 inches metal to metal. Thanks.

Hello,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2830 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
