Number 640 marked on the coil spring

Obviously, the coil spring is broken. I guess I could have included the broken off piece of the spring coil in one of the images. Let me know if you need that.

One other thing...there are two spring mechanisms - one on each side of the window.

Thanks for writing in. This looks like an older version of our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. A spring stamped 640 indicates you need the S190-640 6 pound spring. For new covers and bushings, see the 15-181 and 15-182. Let me know if you have any other questions.
