Your coil balance assembly seems to be a Series 140 Quick-Tilt balance. I'm fairly certain this should be the correct fit but double check the dimensions to confirm.

Since the housing is marked with a 9, you'll need the S140-09. These are often used with the 26-398 or 26-405 pivot bars.

The weatherseal is likely to be a match for either the 58-171 or the 58-182. Take a look over each of their specifications to determine which of them is the one you need.
