Thanks for your post! It sounds like the worm gear in your operator has become stripped. You'll need the 39-035 Truth Hardware Entrygard Dyad Window Operator to repair the window.

Be sure to take a look over the compatible accessories, tagged below, to see if they might need to be replaced as well.
