If you need new gears, then you need an all new operator. We would need you to remove yours from the window and show me a clear photo of the entire unit, arms and all. From there, I will do my best to find a match.

I'm afraid not. These photos really don't show me anything your first photo didn't. We will need to see the mechanism out of the window in order to help. Seeing the entire thing in one shot will allow me to find a good replacement; I'm very confident we carry one, I just need to see it.

Perfect, thanks! This looks like either a 39-031 or 39-155 Split-Arm Operator. The difference in these two very similar assemblies is the length of the link arms, so compare the dimensions of both with your old operator to see what matches best. For a new cover, see our 39-107.
