Hello,
Take a look and compare the 16-002 take-out clips to an intact part from one of your windows. We can't be sure without seeing the entire top sash guide, but the top is similar to the 18-110.

As for the sash lock, see the Nuprime 90-042, which is used with the 90-041 face-mounted keeper. Thank you!
