THERE ARE 4EA WINDOWS, ALL OUTSWING, 2 EA LH, 2 EA RH. THEY ARE ABOUT 25 OR SO YEARS OLD,TRUST MECHANISM.
OTHER THAN THE 20755 ON ONE ARM I DON'T SEE ANY OTHER MARKS.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The operator looks like it could be the 39-031/39-032 or the 39-155/39-156. The compatible track is the 39-505 and the compatible brackets are the 39-509 and 39-510.
For the hinge, start by taking a look at the 36-048 with a 10" base. You'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Review the specifications for all the parts mentioned and see how they compare with your old hardware.

I have tried to include shots showing the part numbers for 2 ea LH windows and 2 ea RH windows which are approx 30 years old. Only one of the four will open and there are no stickers, etc., to be found.
I sure could use your help. The hardware is TRUTH ENTRYGUARD and the numbers I have been able to find are: 20755, W40943-B, and 40944-B.
