Your video helped me to remove the part. My wife Dow weighs 30ibs. Which triple cool of the series 140 do you think is best?

It looks like the number 16 is printed on your old balance, so I would recommend our S140-16. This only has two springs, but based on that "16" on your balance they should support the same amount of weight. You can always weigh your sash to confirm; as long as your sash weighs 31 through 32.99 pounds, you should be okay.
Another thing to keep in mind is that your pivot bar will not work with any of our Series 140 balances. I recommend considering either our 26-405 or 26-398. Look over our measurements for these two pivot bars to confirm the better match.

If my pivot bar will not work on your coils, how do I replace a pivot bar? Or do I look for a replacement coil that will fit my pivot bar?

I would look at the two pivot bars Paul recommended to see if either of their measurements match up to what you have now. If they do then you can probably replace your old pivot bar with one of them.
