Old shoe

We are restoring a home that has several of the balance shoes like this one. The total length is 2 3/8", width is 1 1/8", and it's about 1/2"-5/8" deep.

That patent has been bought and used by a number of balance manufacturers. Nothing is made today that matches it exactly, though. Our 15-194 is similar to yours, for example, but it might not necessarily fit in your old balance. Our T-Lock shoes are used in our Series 795 balance. You may need to replace that balance entirely if the 15-194 won't fit.
