Old window balancer

I would greatly appreciate if you can identify this balancer and if there is anything comparable that is more durable. It's made of plastic parts that have cracked. This balancer attaches to a cord that extends from the top side. The windows are still good but the balancer are breaking.

Thanks for posting! I'm confident we can provide a replacement recommendation for this balance. Although, to determine the best option, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance, removed from the window. I'll also need to see any hardware that could possibly be left behind in the window channel.

Here are some photos I took from a side that is not broken. The black piece I got from a broken balancer. The coil attaches to it and the window goes inside the groove. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the additional photos. The window balance you'll need is the Series 795 Channel Balance. These are not a direct replacement but we've found them to be pretty successful for these repairs.
