Older sliding patio door handles

Question

I have a older patio door with stripped out screws for the pulls.  I would like to just replace them but they are 4 1/2 mounting screw spacing.  Is there any direct replacement?

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. There is no direct replacement for this, I'm afraid. Your door is just too old. I don't think you're going to find an easy to install match anywhere.

Best option I can offer is a surface mount handle like our 82-005. This will require drilling new holes in the frame and door to mount the relevant hardware, though. Look it over and let me know what you think.
