I was told to contact Swisco for help finding these coil balances for my SImonton Window. Can you help?

Hi Tom, thank you for posting,

It appears that you have the Series 160 1/2" thick coil springs. Please review the S160-7 that can support 7.5 pounds of weight and the S160-9 that can support 9 pounds of weight. If you need a new cover, see the 15-150D. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
