Open Cam version of 15-194?

Question

I need to replace the balance shoes on a Patriot vinyl window (and I gather that I also need to replace the balances, due to the replacement shoes not having the same groove/indentation on the shoe-end). However, I believe the shoes I currently have are Open cam, and the 15-194 is closed (see attached pics). Suggestions?

I am afraid the 15-194 T-lock shoe will not fit in your old balance channel. We'd like to gear your focus onto our Series 795 balance as the replacement and placing the 15-194 on the end as an attachment. When "open cam" is mentioned, it means the center cam has a hole through it. The one you are showing us has a back. I hope this has cleared up any confusion.
