Can you assist with identifying this part. Looking to replace the type that is opposite hand of the attached. Let me know if exact one is no longer available and what the suitable replacement is, and what modification are required.

Basic dimensions are from center of nylon roller to center of mechanism is 9

This is a tough one. I believe you will need to use our 39-027E operator, as yours is no longer available. Keep in mind that you might need to modify your wood sill cover to accommodate the newer design. You would also need a new track and handle, so see our 39-114L or 39-205 handles and 39-533 track. Let me know what you think.
