Can you help me ID this operator assembly. I don't know the manufacturer.

Your operator resembles either the 39-031 and 39-032 or the 39-155 and 39-156 style. The main difference between these two operators is the length of the short link arm. Please review both and compare to your original to confirm the best fit.
