Operator Replacement

A home owner from Northern California says:
Hi there. So my window operator crank connector broke off. I believe I need to replace the whole operator. Can you please advise me which replacement operator should I select? I've included a picture of the broken operator, and given that I can't open the window, a picture of the window next to it to show the kind of operator I need to order. Thank you.

Hello. This looks like either our 39-253LB or 39-438B. The difference between these two operators is shown in the video below.
